How to book a hotel? Hotel booking fee is only 10 USD! To book a hotel it is necessary to fill out the form you see on the right. Please, fill out all fields of the form – this will help us to get a complete picture of your request - or contact us. If the hotel room that you requested is available, we will send you a letter to email address you entered in the form. In this letter you will find the information about hotel room and it’s price. Also we will send you the link for paying booking fee of 10 USD by credit card. After getting this payment from you we will send you the letter of confirmation of your booking. If you need transfer to the hotel, please select "Yes" in the form of order. Cancellation information: if you need to cancel booking, please contact us. Please make sure you enter the same data that you entered when booking a hotel! !!!In case of cancellation of hotel reservation we do not refund payment for the booking!!! How to book apartment? We will book apartment for you in Kiev, Nikolaev, Odessa and Kherson without booking fee! If you want to choose apartment yourself and to see our full offer, go directly to our catalog of apartments. To book apartment using order form on the right, please select "Apartment" in the "Accommodation" field. Please, enter number of guests, check-in and check-out information. In the field "Additional information" please indicate your wishes to apartment (city, number of rooms, facilities, your special needs etc.). After sending this request, within 12 hours you will get an email from our manager with a selection of available apartments according to your wishes. Once you choose an apartment, our manager will send you an invoice for payment of the advance, which is equal to the first day of booking period (if booking period is up to 7 days) or which is 2 days of booking period (if booking period is longer than 7-14 days). After getting an advance payment from you, apartment is considered booked. If you need transfer to the apartment, please select "Yes" in the form on the right. Our driver will meet you at the airport (or any other place of Ukraine) and will deliver you to apartment. If you don’t need transfer, we’ll give you contacts of the apartment’s owner and you we’ll get to the apartment yourself. On the day of settlement you will pay the remaining amount to the apartment’s owner for the entire booking period. On the day of departure you need to contact apartment’s owner to check the condition of apartment and to give the key. If you need transfer from apartment to the airport or to other city of Ukraine, please contact us in advance. Cancellation information: if you want to cancel booking of apartment, please contact us.
